Flow AI Solutions (UEN 53531978M), a business in Singapore, respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what your choices are. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
Only what you give us through the forms on this site or by messaging us: your name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, what you're interested in, and any message you write.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to arrange and prepare for the free call you book, and to follow up about it. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first, and we will not sell your details.
Who handles it
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify. Calls are booked through Cal.com. To prepare for your call, your form answers are processed by an AI service (Anthropic's Claude), which may also look up publicly available information about your business, and a summary is sent to us through Telegram. We use your details only for the purposes above, and we share them with these and other service providers who help us run the business (for example email or hosting) only as needed to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and to run any project with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this page.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it or stop contacting you. Email germaine@flowaisolutions.sg and we will respond within a reasonable time.
