About Flow AI Solutions
Built by someone who's sat where you sit
I'm Germaine, the founder of Flow AI Solutions. Over close to 10 years, I've worked across a genuinely mixed bag of industries — automotive, logistics, retail, tech, and banking at both a local and a foreign bank. I was also on the pioneer team that helped set up Gojek's operations when they first launched in Singapore, plotting pickup points and contributing directly to the app during its earliest growth stage.
My longest stretch was in banking, where I started out in a call centre handling personal, business and commercial banking enquiries, moved into the commercial vehicle financing team, and eventually became a Business Financial Manager — juggling everything from working capital loans and trade lines to business property loans, insurance, investments and deposits for SME clients.
That role put me in front of business owners across practically every industry — F&B, manufacturing, wholesale trade, beauty, IT, machinery, furniture, renovation, and more. It's where I learned that "systems" mean something completely different depending on what you actually do, which is exactly why I don't build the same thing twice.
Across every one of those roles, I kept sitting across the table from the same kind of business owner — one who wasn't short on customers, but was buried in the small, unglamorous stuff: admin that quietly eats an entire afternoon, a document you know you have but can't find because it's still on paper, a receipt from three weeks ago that's vanished, a set of financials you have to piece together by hand every time the bank or a client asks for one.
Most of the owners I worked with already had a website. Whether it was good or forgettable rarely came up in our conversations — what actually cost them time and money was everything happening behind it.
