About Flow AI Solutions
Built by someone who's sat where you sit
I'm Germaine, the founder of Flow AI Solutions. Over close to ten years, I've bounced across a genuinely random mix of industries — retail, logistics, tech, even a stint on Gojek's pioneer team plotting pickup points when they first launched in Singapore. But my longest, most formative stretch was in banking, where I started out in a call centre and worked my way up to Business Financial Manager for SME clients — juggling working capital loans, trade lines, insurance, the works.
That job put me across the table from business owners in practically every industry you can think of — F&B, manufacturing, wholesale trade, beauty, machinery, renovation, and more. It's where I learned that "systems" mean something completely different depending on what you actually do, which is exactly why I don't build the same thing twice. And the same pattern kept showing up no matter the industry: these weren't owners short on customers, they were buried in the small, unglamorous stuff — admin eating an entire afternoon, a document that existed somewhere but couldn't be found, financials pieced together by hand every time the bank asked for one.
A lot of them also had no website at all, or one that had quietly died — which, in 2026, reads as "not sure this business is still around" to anyone sizing you up from the outside.
